Restore and Rebalance: Qi Gong + NADA for Perimenopause & Menopause
Join us for a calming, supportive workshop designed to help you navigate the changes of perimenopause and menopause—while connecting with other women experiencing a similar phase of life.
We’ll begin with a gentle Qi Gong practice, using slow, flowing movement and breath to regulate the nervous system, ease tension, and support the body’s natural rhythms. This accessible practice is suitable for all levels and offers a grounding way to reconnect with yourself. Weather permitting, this may be done in the garden.
Following this, you’ll be introduced to the NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) protocol—a simple yet effective ear acupuncture treatment used to support the body through times of transition and stress.
We’ll explore how NADA may help with common symptoms, including:
Hot flashes and night sweats
Anxiety, overwhelm, and mood changes
Sleep disturbances
Stress and nervous system imbalance
You’ll then be invited to stay for a group ear acupuncture session, allowing you to rest quietly in a shared, relaxed space.
