Menopausal Herbal Medicine Garden Workshop

  • 35 Church St. Warmington PE8 6TE UK (map)

Join us for a gentle and informative evening focused on women’s health, herbal support, and practical tools for navigating perimenopause and menopause naturally.

We’ll begin the evening with a grounding Qi Gong routine designed to calm the nervous system, regulate stress, and help you settle into the space before we move into an introduction to herbal plants traditionally used to support women’s health.

During the workshop, we’ll explore:
🌿 Herbal plants traditionally used during perimenopause and menopause
🌿 How herbs can be used in teas, cooking, and everyday routines
🌿 Simple ways to begin incorporating herbal support into daily life
🌿 Traditional Chinese Medicine perspectives on nourishment and seasonal balance
🌿 Practical self-care tools for supporting stress, sleep, energy, and overall wellbeing

Each participant will also have the opportunity to choose live herbs to take home and begin creating their own herbal medicine garden or supportive wellness space at home.

This workshop is designed to be approachable, educational, and beginner-friendly. No previous experience with Qi Gong, gardening, or herbal medicine is necessary.

Because live plants and herbs will be secured in advance for attendees, early registration is essential.

Whether you are currently navigating perimenopause yourself, interested in women’s health, or simply curious about herbal medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine, this evening is intended to be a welcoming and supportive community experience.

Cost: £15
Pre-registration required
Spaces will be limited to allow time for discussion and hands-on learning.

Bring a friend and enjoy an evening of movement, herbal learning, and women’s health support together.
