Intro to Chinese Dietary Therapy

  • 35 Church St. Warmington PE8 6TE UK (map)

TENTATIVE DATE

Do you often feel tired after eating, experience bloating, or struggle with energy dips throughout the day?

In this introductory workshop, you’ll discover a different way of understanding food—through the lens of Chinese Medicine. Rather than focusing on calories or restrictive diets, this approach looks at how food supports your body’s natural energy, digestion, and overall balance.

This session is designed to be simple, practical, and easy to apply—no prior knowledge needed.

This workshop is ideal if you:

  • Feel fatigued or sluggish, especially after meals

  • Experience bloating or digestive discomfort

  • Find yourself craving sugar or caffeine for energy

  • Are curious about natural, holistic approaches to health

  • Want to better understand what your body needs

During this 60-minute session, you will:

  • Be introduced to the foundations of Chinese Dietary Therapy

  • Understand how digestion relates to your energy levels

  • Learn why certain foods may be contributing to fatigue and bloating

  • Discover simple ways to support your energy through everyday meals

  • Gain practical tips you can begin using immediately

Chinese Medicine views each person as unique. While this workshop will introduce general principles, it will also help you begin to recognize your own patterns and how food may be affecting you.

This workshop is part of an ongoing series exploring Chinese Dietary Therapy and its role in supporting different aspects of health, including digestion, energy, hormonal balance, and seasonal wellbeing.

These sessions are also designed as an introduction to personalised Chinese Dietary Therapy consultations, which will be offered at the clinic in the near future.

Spaces will be limited to keep the workshop interactive and personalized.

If you’re ready to start understanding your body in a new way and learn how to support your energy naturally, this is a great place to begin.
